Meredith graduated from The Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage (ACTM) with Honours, in 2022. She has also achieved additional in program certifications in; Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage /Applied Sports Massage, Taping and Wrapping and many other modalities. She also has certification in Perinatal Massage that covers High Risk Pregnancy, Labour Support, Postpartum, Infant and Children’s Massage. 

Meredith is happy to be back in Nova Scotia, where she grew up involved in many sports and dance. Meredith attributes her involvement in sport as to where she built the understanding and interest to study Massage Therapy. She is intrigued with the complexities of the body and the importance of the rehabilitation process. 

She is excited to support patients to improve and restore their well-being and achieve their personal goals. Meredith enjoys tailoring your massage therapy session to your individual needs, according to your age and stage of health and fitness .

When not at work , Meredith enjoys going to the gym and her absolute favourite place is the beach!.

Note: Lynne has a full practice at Fenerty Osteopathic Wellness Centre and is unable to accept any new patients at this time. In special cases, Lynne will see collaborative referrals for Concussion , PTSD and Babies for consultation and short-term care. Other Osteopaths are accepting new patients at Fenerty Wellness, where Lynne can consult in as required.

BIO- Lynne Fenerty, RN, BN, D.O (M.P) Canada Lynne is a Registered Nurse, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Wellness Coach, offering osteopathic health care and wellness/weight loss (Ideal Protein) coaching for all ages and stages.

With over 30 years of clinical nursing experience, Lynne is able to combine her clinical background with osteopathic manual therapy to meet the needs of a variety of patients who face recovery from traumatic injury and the many stresses and strains of everyday life.

The goals of osteopathic manual treatments are to restore function by treating the whole body and identify the causes of; pain, restriction and imbalance. Osteopathic manual therapy sessions are a gentle and effective method for restoration of normal motion, decreasing pain and increasing circulation to support your active participation in work, home life, exercise and active rehabilitation programs. Lynne enjoys treating all ages from babies to older adults.

Lynne completed her osteopathic manual therapy studies and research with the Canadian College of Osteopathy, a 5 year academic and thesis ( 1-2 years) program. Her research thesis was titled, “The Effects of Osteopathic Treatment for Patients with Low Back Pain who are on a Neurosurgical Spine Waitlist”.

Lynne is committed to life long learning; continually participating in many post graduate conferences and courses in Osteopathy , Human Wellness and Medical Sciences.

Lynne is a devoted Mother/Nana - with a love for life and everyone around her! After work, you will find her pursuing health; at the gym, outdoors, travelling and spending time with family and friends. Quiet times, of course involve a cozy blanket, fire and her little lap dog “Brady” . Life is good-we must live it well!

Jennifer Fenerty-Day, RN, BScN, D.O (M.P) Canada

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Jennifer completed her osteopathic manual therapy studies and research with the Canadian College of Osteopathy, a 5 year academic and thesis ( 1-2 years) program. Her research thesis was titled, “The Effects of General Osteopathic Treatment on Patients with Post Concussions Syndrome.” Jennifer was the recipient of the William Garner Sutherland award for her clinical research.

Yvonne graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in 2006. She has completed post graduate studies in; Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pre and Post Natal, Temporal Mandibular Dysfunction (TMD), Cupping, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release. Yvonne has also completed her Yoga Instructor training ( 2014).

Yvonne has worked with a high school football team and a number of running events throughout Nova Scotia. She has also been a Team Sport Massage Therapists at: The Canada Games, Brier Cup, World Canoe and Kayak and the Indigenous Games.

When not at work, you will find Yvonne running, cycling, and doing yoga. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her significant other and their cats; Lewis, Apollo, and Rosco.

Holly is a registered member, in good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2008.

Holly has always had a passion for helping others which has led her to a career as an RMT. Holly’s approach to massage therapy is very thorough , she is able to adapt easily to each patients’ needs- whether it be deep tissue massage, relaxation, trigger point therapy, or fascial techniques. During Holly’s career, she has continued to advance her skills by taking various courses such as Cupping therapy, Bamboo massage, Thai yoga massage, Infant massage, Reflexology and hot stone massage.

In addition to her Massage Therapy diploma, Holly has also obtained her Master Esthetician license and has been practicing esthetics since 2012.

When Holly is not in the clinic you will find her at home with her 2 young boys, hanging out with her dogs, or spending time with her friends and family.
